Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated female fresh graduate to join our Management Trainee program. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. An engineering background is an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in structured training sessions across departments to build management and leadership capabilities
Assist in daily operational and project-based tasks while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business information
Prepare, organize, and securely handle internal documents, reports, and correspondence
Support cross-functional teams with accurate data entry, record keeping, and follow-ups
Monitor task progress and report discrepancies or improvements with strong attention to detail
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain organized filing systems for confidential and non-confidential documents
Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation
Proven ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
