Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science or with related field of study

  • Experience: 0 year

  • Employment Type: Full-time (with a three-month probation period)

  • Quantity Required: 1

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle corporate government affairs, including drafting, writing, and submitting internal and external government-related documents, reports, and official letters.

  • Prepare qualification applications, project proposals, and other official submissions required by government authorities.

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to collect, compile, and verify information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documents.

  • Submit reports and official materials to government departments in accordance with established procedures and requirements.

  • Maintain proper records and archives of all government-related documents, ensuring they are well-organized, complete, and traceable.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of government processes and organizational procedures, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Use office software efficiently to prepare documents and manage information in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Handle urgent tasks effectively and adapt quickly to changing work demands.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
