Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science or with related field of study
Experience: 0 year
Employment Type: Full-time (with a three-month probation period)

Duties and Responsibilities
Handle corporate government affairs, including drafting, writing, and submitting internal and external government-related documents, reports, and official letters.
Prepare qualification applications, project proposals, and other official submissions required by government authorities.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to collect, compile, and verify information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documents.
Submit reports and official materials to government departments in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
Maintain proper records and archives of all government-related documents, ensuring they are well-organized, complete, and traceable.
Demonstrate strong understanding of government processes and organizational procedures, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Use office software efficiently to prepare documents and manage information in an accurate and timely manner.
Handle urgent tasks effectively and adapt quickly to changing work demands.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
