Senior Procurement Manager

Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate should have solid procurement experience in crusher plant operations, cement manufacturing, mining, construction, or similar industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with the organization’s operational needs and budget.
• Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring the timely procurement of materials, spare parts, equipment, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and favorable terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages and delays.
• Review purchase requests, quotations, contracts, and supplier performance to ensure value for money.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in crusher plant, cement, mining, construction, or related industries.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
• Knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
