About The Job

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial products.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate new business.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel for customer visits when required.
