Driver to the CEO

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a professional, experienced, and trustworthy Personal Driver to the CEO to provide safe, reliable, and confidential transportation. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, a professional attitude, and the flexibility to be available on a standby basis as required.

Job Requirements

• Gender: Male

• Age: 25–45 years

• License: Valid Ethiopian driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicles.

• Working Arrangement :Flexible working hours with standby availability as required. The driver may have 2 weeks to 1 month off when the CEO travels abroad or is away and does not require driving services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and reliable transportation for the CEO.

• Drive luxury vehicles, particularly Toyota Land Cruiser and Mercedes-Benz.

• Remain available on a 24/7 standby basis, including weekends and holidays, as required.

• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance when necessary.

• Plan routes efficiently and adapt to changes in schedules and destinations.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s movements, personal matters, and business activities.

• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, discretion, and respectful communication at all times.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of Addis Ababa roads and major destinations.

• High level of honesty, discipline, responsibility, and professional conduct.

• Ability to work flexible hours and remain on standby when required.

• Good personal hygiene, professional appearance, and a respectful attitude.
