Senior Quantity Surveyor-Transport Infrastructure Design and Consultancy Sector

Infrastructure Design and Consulting team. The role involves managing all aspects of cost estimation, contract administration, and financial control for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Provide consultancy services in cost planning, estimation, and budget control for infrastructure projects.

• Advise clients on procurement strategies, contract structures, and risk management.

• Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities on behalf of clients.

• Deliver independent financial and commercial assessments to support project feasibility studies.

• Monitor project costs and prepare transparent, client-facing financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal frameworks, and client requirements.

• Act as a senior consultant, mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, architects, planners) to provide holistic consulting solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

• 5–8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with significant exposure to consulting/advisory roles in infrastructure projects.

• Proven ability to deliver client-focused consulting services.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in cost management and project control software.

• Ability to lead consulting assignments and manage multiple client portfolios.
