About The Job
Infrastructure Design and Consulting team. The role involves managing all aspects of cost estimation, contract administration, and financial control for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Provide consultancy services in cost planning, estimation, and budget control for infrastructure projects.
Advise clients on procurement strategies, contract structures, and risk management.
Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities on behalf of clients.
Deliver independent financial and commercial assessments to support project feasibility studies.
Monitor project costs and prepare transparent, client-facing financial reports.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal frameworks, and client requirements.
Act as a senior consultant, mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, architects, planners) to provide holistic consulting solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
5–8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with significant exposure to consulting/advisory roles in infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to deliver client-focused consulting services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in cost management and project control software.
Ability to lead consulting assignments and manage multiple client portfolios.
