supporting clients in the planning, management, and delivery of infrastructure projects. This role involves providing professional cost management and contract administration services, ensuring projects are financially viable and aligned with client objectives. You will work closely with senior consultants and project teams, gaining exposure to diverse projects and contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence.
Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for infrastructure projects.
Support tender preparation, evaluation, and contract administration.
Provide cost analysis and financial reporting to clients.
Monitor project expenditures and highlight potential risks or variances.
Contribute to feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal frameworks, and client requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated consulting solutions.
Support senior quantity surveyors and consultants in delivering client-focused advisory services.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
2–6 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within consulting/advisory roles.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
