Structural Inspector-Transport Infrastructure Design and Consultancy Sector

Structural Inspector to join our consulting team. In this role, you will provide independent inspection and advisory services to clients, ensuring that infrastructure projects meet structural integrity, safety, and compliance standards. You will act as a trusted consultant, delivering professional assessments and recommendations that support project quality and client confidence.

• Conduct on-site inspections of structural works for infrastructure projects.

• Verify compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety regulations.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to clients.

• Identify structural deficiencies, risks, and recommend corrective actions.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve technical issues.

• Support clients in quality assurance and risk management processes.

• Provide advisory input during design reviews and construction phases.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory and client purposes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.

• Professional certification or license (where applicable) preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in structural inspection, ideally within consulting/advisory roles.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and infrastructure regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills for client-facing reporting and presentations.

• Ability to work independently and provide impartial, professional advice.

• Familiarity with inspection tools, testing methods, and reporting software.
