Financial Assistant

We are seeking a detail oriented and reliable Financial Assistant to join our factory finance team. In this role, you will support daily financial operations, including cost reconciliation, payroll assistance, tax documentation, and financial record-keeping. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial data and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The ideal candidate is meticulous, data-sensitive, trustworthy, and capable of working collaboratively with both factory management and headquarters finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cost reconciliation, organize financial documents, verify expense reimbursement claims, and accurately record factory revenue and expenditures.

• Assist in calculating employee payroll by integrating attendance data, verifying salary components, and organizing payroll documentation for approval.

• Handle fundamental local tax-related tasks, manage invoices, perform account reconciliations, and collaborate with the financial compliance team on accounting practices.

• Support financial document archiving, compile data statistics, prepare reports, and assist the headquarters finance department with operational tasks as needed.

• Strictly comply with the company's financial confidentiality policy and safeguard all financial data and accounting information.
   

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

•  Graduated with a major in Accounting Finance, or a related field. Candidates with prior experience as a factory financial assistant are preferred.

Experience:

• Proficient in basic financial processes, document review, and payroll verification tasks.
  Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word). Must be meticulous, rigorous, data-sensitive, and highly responsible.
  Possess a reliable character, strong confidentiality awareness, diligence, integrity, and excellent professional ethics.
  Proficient in the local language for effective communication. Basic English proficiency is preferred. Must comply with factory management arrangements and operational schedules.
