Lathe Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lathe Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating lathe equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate lathe equipment daily, process workpieces, and execute production procedures to ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.

• Adjust equipment and calibrate dimensions according to process requirements, conduct thorough product self-inspections, and prevent batch defects.

• Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment, and promptly report any equipment abnormalities or production issues to supervision.

• Maintain a clean work area with properly organized materials, and strictly adhere to occupational safety regulations at all times.

• Comply with workshop shift schedules and management directives, and collaborate with the team to complete daily production tasks.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: 

• Graduated from university or technical institute in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience:

•  Proficient in lathe operation with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on factory experience in a similar production environment. Candidates must be capable of performing machining tasks independently.

• Skilled in interpreting basic machining drawings, familiar with dimensional control, and possess fundamental quality control capabilities.

• In good physical health and able to adapt to the workshop production environment and shift work schedule.

• Diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible; willing to follow management instructions and comply with factory rules and regulations.

• Proficient in english language for effective communication, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
