QA/QC Engineer

QA & QC Engineer ensures that all construction activities meet established quality standards, codes, and client requirements. This role involves monitoring, inspecting, and documenting construction processes to guarantee compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

• Develop and implement project-specific QA plans, procedures, and checklists.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, building codes, and client specifications.

• Conduct audits of construction processes and subcontractor performance.

• Review material submittals and ensure they meet project requirements.

• Inspect construction works (structural, architectural, MEP) at various stages.

• Perform tests on materials (concrete, steel, aggregates, etc.) and verify lab reports.

• Monitor installation methods to ensure adherence to approved drawings and standards.

• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective actions.

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and approvals.

• Prepare daily/weekly QA/QC reports for project management and clients.

• Support handover documentation and final quality certifications.

• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.

• Coordinate with third-party testing agencies and consultants.

• Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
