Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for generating revenue by promoting the company’s car rental services, acquiring new clients, managing existing customer relationships, participating in tender opportunities, and ensuring high fleet utilization and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or with related field of study

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years experience for degree holders. and a minimum of 4 years experience for diploma holders.

• Tender preparation experience is mandatory.

• Experience in the car rental or transport sector is an advantage

Quantity Required: 1

Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote car rental services and generate new business opportunities.

• Identify, attract, and acquire new clients through sales activities.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure satisfaction.

• Participate in tender processes and prepare required submissions.

• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to improve fleet utilization and service delivery.

• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales performance reports.
