Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our factory maintenance team in Buie. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of all electrical systems within the facility, including production equipment, power distribution networks, and supply lines. You will play a key part in minimizing production downtime by swiftly diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, while strictly upholding safety standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with solid hands-on experience, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of electrical circuits in factory production equipment, facility-wide power supply lines, and distribution facilities.

• Promptly address circuit and equipment electrical faults to ensure stable power supply and reliable operation of the production line.

• Strictly adhere to safety regulations during all operations, identify potential electrical hazards, and help prevent electrical safety incidents.

• Maintain detailed records of electrical equipment inspections and maintenance activities and standardize the management of power usage and component utilization.

• Follow the plant's scheduling instructions, cooperate with production operations, and complete other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering specializing in Power or Control stream, from a recognized university.

• Experience: Hold a valid electrical work experience as a factory electrician; familiarity with manufacturing electrical equipment is preferred. 

• Proficient in operating both high-voltage and low-voltage systems within the factory premises, with the ability to independently diagnose and repair various electrical faults.

• Thorough knowledge of electrical safety operating procedures, strong safety awareness, and a clean safety record with no prior incidents.

• In good health, able to work in a factory workshop environment, and willing to cooperate with production schedules as well as perform overtime repairs when needed.

• Compliant with management directives, demonstrating strong accountability; adhere to factory regulations and discipline; proficient in the local language to ensure seamless communication at work.
