MEP Coordinator (Mechanical)

MEP Coordinator (Mechanical) will oversee and manage all mechanical systems in building construction projects. This role ensures proper planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical installations, aligning with architectural and structural requirements.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage).

• Ensure integration of mechanical systems with electrical and civil works.

• Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.

• Identify discrepancies and propose solutions to align with project requirements.

• Monitor installation of mechanical systems on-site.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Facilitate communication between mechanical teams and other disciplines.

• onduct inspections and testing of mechanical systems.

• Ensure proper commissioning and handover of mechanical installations.

• Maintain records of mechanical works progress.

• Prepare reports on mechanical system status, issues, and resolutions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical coordination for building projects.
