Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceuticals or with other Medical related field of study.
Familiarity with the local medical and pharmaceutical industry.
Experience:
1 year
Experience and extensive personal connections or background in related industries are preferred.
Duration: Trial period of 1 to 3 months (depending on individual abilities).
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary + commission (no upper limit) + car allowance + travel reimbursement ~

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and maintaining existing clients.
Seek out potential clients in various niches through multiple channels.
Focus on developing relationships with public healthcare institutions, private hospitals, and thoroughly explore opportunities for government tenders and privatization projects.
Build a customer network that covers the entire Asian region.
Develop individual sales plans in line with the company’s strategic plan and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Maintain good communication with customers, promptly understand their needs, and provide professional product consultancy and technical support.
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, and provide recommendations for product improvements and market expansion.
Possesses excellent English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, proficient in using office software, capable of independently conducting business negotiations and signing contracts, ensuring smooth execution of orders.
Attractive appearance and demeanor, lively personality, quick reflexes, strong communication skills, passionate about sales work, capable of handling pressure and resolving problems.
Able to accept travel assignments, possesses strong learning capabilities and teamwork spirit, and is skilled in communication and coordination.
