Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or with related field of study
Experience: 2 - 5 years of work experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting out of which 1 year experience of supervisory or leadership experience, such as Laboratory Manager or Quality Assurance Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely test results
Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) programs.
Train, supervise, and evaluate laboratory personnel.
Develop and manage the laboratory budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective laboratory services.
Ensure compliance with laboratory policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
